Minor npc tweaks. Insludes:
1. Male blueblood - reshaped face and body a little.
2. Bloodbag from Holowbrook - darker and dirtier textures, frightened face and overall more twisted look.
3. Dema - changed his ridiculous haircut into normal one, reshaped face a little.
4. Blood guardian - reshaped his body a little so it would look less humane and more disformed as he is supposedly elemental made with liquid.
5. Larry - smaller afro, normal glasses.
6. Lui Fang - he looked way to much alike his oponnent, with his square jaw. Changed his facial structure.
7. Ginger guy from diner - more bulky body, darker hair and clothes.
8. Blood dolls from clubs - for my taste they looked way to alike, so i changed that.
9. Gang members - made their body models more diverse, changed cloth colors of gang member A.
10. Tin Can Bill - with his facial structure and that hat he looks waaaay to much like Slater from HW, so i changed that.
